Made-to-Order Policy

Our products are fulfilled through dropshipping and production partners. Once an order is placed and production begins, the item is created specifically for that order. Because of this, all made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging, if damaged
• A short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution depending on the situation.

Size Issues

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size was ordered. Please review the product size chart carefully before checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production has not started yet. Once an order has been sent to production or fulfilled, we are unable to cancel it.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier first. Christ Followers Clothing Co is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or carrier delivery issues, but we will do our best to help you look into the situation.

Wrong Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, limited drops, custom items, and made-to-order products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
